Madrid, May 29, 2025. GLS Spain has announced the winners of the first edition of the LAB4LOGISTICS Challenge, its logistics innovation program developed in collaboration with Menttoriza. This initiative aims to boost entrepreneurial talent and provide disruptive solutions to the great challenges of the sector: sustainability, efficiency and digital transformation.

In this first phase of incubation we have your help, with the help of our mentors and experts who will involve you in the Menttoriza Business Development Process (PDNM); a path based on the business experience of those who have already started a business, making mistakes, rectifying our mistakes, discarding options and choosing others to take our ideas to success. We have not always succeeded, but we did not always have your idea before, we researched the market and the customers. All the key steps to get to develop a suitable MVP that allows you to recognize the viability of the project. Once we confirm that the project has viability and with the help of our mentors, we continue with you to advance in the development of the business.

OUR METHODOLOGY

Like any process, at Menttoriza we have a way of doing things. From the moment you become part of our community, we start moving forward. One of the first things that will happen after the first personal interview, is that you will be assigned a vertical mentor, with extensive experience in the sector in which you are going to undertake, which will advise you on the feasibility of your business idea at a technical level. Subsequently, we will draw up a personalized action plan for you and you will have to complete the phases in the time that both parties have determined.
Once we advance in the project, a business mentor will accompany you to assess the evolution and advise you on what you need. At all times you will be able to receive advice from us.
As you progress with the development of the Startup, special needs will arise and at that time, you will be able to communicate with your vertical mentor to resolve specific doubts of the sector in which you undertake. When you approach the stage of seeking funding, we will propose a number of investors who are interested in investing in companies of this nature so you can go to market or scale the business according to your needs.

Recuerda que somos una aceleradora vertical, solo asesoramos a Startups que quieran emprender en cualquiera de los 3 sectores que hemos mencionado anteriormente: logística, sector primario o sector energético.

Entrevista personal

Una vez analizada esta primera información, te contactaremos para tener una entrevista contigo digitalmente, con el objetivo de conocernos y que nos cuentes cómo crees que te podemos ayudar y qué objetivos persigues con tu startup.

Validamos la fase del proyecto

En esta fase y con toda la información proporcionada tanto en el cuestionario, como en la entrevista personal, validaremos en qué fase se encuentra tu startup y configuraremos un plan de acción para avanzar correctamente.
