She holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne and two Master’s degrees in international trade and financial asset management. She has more than 20 years of experience in the banking sector, particularly in asset management. She was head of Portugal at Lehman Brothers, Amundi Pioneer, Safra Sarasin, etc. And she specialized in social and environmental impact funds. In 2012 she trained at Le Cordon Bleu hotel school and started her career in the food industry. Her passion is to combine two worlds: food and sustainability, from the point of view of improving health and quality of life.
