They are mentors who are specialists in a specific business area. They have in-depth knowledge of the sector, its needs and weaknesses.

They will guide the entrepreneur from the beginning in the decision making process, assessing together with them the viability of the business.

By the nature of its function, the vertical mentor will gain importance in strategic moments such as the beginning of the project, where the knowledge of the specific sector and its peculiarities is of vital importance for a successful implementation or when the curve of expectations begins to descend to reevaluate the trajectory of the startup and set the appropriate guidelines for action.

There are two critical moments in which the figure of the vertical mentor are key, at the beginning and when the expectation curve begins to decrease. For these reasons, we give you the opportunity to access a vertical mentor 2 times while you develop your startup.

The business mentor assigned to you at the beginning of the project will propose 3 strategic meetings at specific times that will help you to redirect the projection of your startup if necessary. In addition, if you need to ask him/her any questions in between, you will be able to contact him/her via email.

No. Once you become part of the Menttoriza ecosystem, the cost of mentoring is assumed by us. It is a service we offer to help you achieve the best results with your startup.

You should bring it to the attention of the management, as well as the causes and the situation will be investigated to provide you with the best solution, if such a change is necessary, you will be assigned a new mentor.

You will have access to a total of 5 mentorships: 2 with vertical mentors and 3 with business mentors.
